摘要
Organizational memory(OM) is a sort of stored information in the organization. It appears to be everywhere, which is playing an important part in our work. OM is the base of transformation. The managers and the decision-makers cannot work without it especially in the changing age because it can help us to see the history of the company clearly so as to make a good decision for the necessary reformation. Presently, changes are happening everywhere and the impact of it seems dramatic. Many companies.. and institutions have been dealing with change, such as business process re-engineering. When we are taking changes, the only way towards succeed is to recognize the organization clearly. The method we deal with the OM and the OM itself directly leads to the result of BPR. In this paper, the effect of OM in BPR and the relationships between BPR and the renewal of OM will be discussed.
