摘要
Besides various external ways which can promote teacher professional development, teacher also should find internal power to make one's professional development continually. Author believe that "self-understanding" is the beginning of teacher professional development, then discuss self-understanding's contents and methods and why is self-understanding the beginning of teacher professional development.
