摘要：
A new species of the perlid genus Togoperla, T flinti sp. nov. from Hubei and Anhui provinces of China, is described and compared with similar taxa. Additional illustrations presented and taxonomic variations are briefly discussed for T. canilimbata (Enderlein, 1909) and T. fortunati (Navas, 1926).
