Applied research of strata behavior in fully mechanized top coal caving in soft coal seam based on forecast-control

摘要
Based on the thought of "forecast-control", the information, on stress and displacement of roofs support as well as floor is available, through the analysis of the law of underground pressure in 5102 working face in Wu Yang, Colliery in fully mechanized top coal caving mining with soft, greater obliquity and undulate seam. The simulation analysis shows that, in the process of mining in 5102 working face, rib fall, roof fall and unsupported roof distance in the. upper beheading will increase, especially in the central and lower part of the working face, and some, corresponding, measures should be constituted to control the possible hazards. Through the implementation of coal wall reinforcement, dip advancing and enhance advancing speed, the 5102 face has produced about 45,000 tons coals in 26 days without any, accidents. The technical and economic benefits are remarkable, and the research can also provide references fully mechanized mining with top coal caving in similar seams.
