The passage is based oil establishing all index system to create the AHP Evaluation System. Quantitative evaluation on the level of the developing status of High-Tech (HNT) is to improve the condition of the development of the High-Tech enterprise so as to help us to implement the sustainable development of HNT(High-Tech).
