URV decomposition based blind channel estimation in OFDM systems

摘要
In this paper, the blind channel estimation problem in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems is investigated. A new algorithm called URV decomposition, which serves as an intermediary between the QR decomposition and the singular value decomposition (SVD), is used to track the null space of the received data. And the URV decomposition has almost the same estimation performance as the SVD, but has less computational complexity. Monte-Carlo simulation results demonstrate the validity of the new algorithm.
