摘要：

Laboratories and equipments are the basally substantial terms which were used for practicing teaching, training manipulative capabilities and innovative characters. Meanwhile, the organization and management of teaching process are the significant factor affecting on the teaching results. This paper views from the actual status of the newly established normal university, and established in school orientation for training applicable talents. Introduced the formation of the teaching scheme, frame of the practicing system, innovation of the management system and operating mechanism, as well as the measures of the encouragement and prompting in Huainan normal university.
