摘要：
The ovarian fibroma is a solid tumor with a very rare incidence during the pregnancy and among the ovarian benign tumors. We present a case of ovarian fibroma revealed such as pelvic tumor mass during the first weeks of pregnancy with the purpose of highlighting the diagnostic difficulties and of illustrating the management concerning theses tumors and the attitude as regards the evolution of pregnancy.
