Fast ISAR Image Simulation of Targets with Rough Boundary at Terahertz Frequencies

摘要
This paper provides a "semi-deterministic" description to realize fast simulation of the coherent and incoherent scattering of electrically large complex targets with rough boundary at THz bands. Combining with a ray-tube integration formula to generate inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) images, a fast simulation method is presented to get large collection of ISAR patches of targets with rough boundary at arbitrary aspect angles by using the shooting and bouncing ray (SBR) method.
