摘要：

For a century, the shoe industry in Fougeres (Ille-et-Vilaine) went through a considerable expansion based on a close alliance between local banks and factories. The economic crisis of the 1930's put this balance in jeopardy. Analysing the fall of the house Beauce and Co enables us to bring to light dynamics of an industrial system trough its specificities and limits.
