Numerical analysis on the stability of the lining structure of a tunnel

摘要
In this paper the displacement field and stress field of a tunnel were investigated in complicated engineering geology condition. The numerical modeling program FLAC(2D) was used to analyze the distribution and variation of the displacement and stress. The stability of the lining structure of the tunnel was also studied, especially the part in the soft rock strata. According to the analysis results, the relative unstable areas with the main areas which should monitored and reinforced have been determined.
