摘要：

Based on a standardized data analysis relative to every of the 85 carriers of the supreme state power in the pre-Soviet Russia, the articles discusses the patterns of observing the hereditary principle, deviations from it, modes of acquiring the state powers, causes of the deaths, varying stability degrees in the respective reigns of tsars, emperors, Grand and regular princes who had happened to rule Russia between 862 and March 1917. Systemization and groupings of the data about Russia's supreme rulers are suggested, and persons interested in the subject are invited to contribute to the study.
