摘要
In this paper, the large-scale, high-speed and high-precision simulation method for SI/PI/EMI design is described from the viewpoints of the algorithm and hardware acceleration. First, recent SI/PI/EMI issues are summarized. Next, a variety of acceleration techniques are described. Finally, a large-scale, high-speed and high-precision simulation method for the multi-domain/multi-scale electronic system is described. Furthermore, an optimization method is also referred.
