摘要
This paper uses the state-space method to study the free vibration of cubic piezoelectric quasi-crystal plates. The variations of natural frequencies and mode shapes of different thicknesses and stacking sequences with imperfect interfaces are numerically investigated. The results show that the interface coefficients significantly affect the natural frequencies with particular orders. Modal shapes in different stacking sequences also exist imperfect interfaces effect, which can be used to design composite plates with well-arranged stacking sequences. It is worth noting that the electric-phason coupling effect and the effect of phonon-phason coupling on phonon, phason, and electric fields are discussed to reveal the unique physical phenomenon of quasi-crystals. This work could expand the understanding of piezoelectric quasi-crystals, primarily on wave behaviors, such as forced vibration and guided waves.
