摘要：
In this paper, we describe how technology-based tools support data-driven decision making in US schools. We examine how three different applications used in six different school districts either impede or facilitate decision making by educators across various levels of school districts. One of the major objectives of this work is to develop a theoretical model for data-driven decision making based on the outcomes of this research.
