摘要：
Biotechnology has received increasing attention during the past two decades because of its commercial potential in many fields. The purpose of biotechnology ties in its potential for more specific reactions, in providing less environmentally deleterious processes and in substituting non-biological processes in the situation in which the latter are impractical.
