摘要：
In the present work, a discrimination set-up was developed to obtain a pure photopeak. To evaluate the experimental performance of the set-up, the spectrometer system was tested on the photopeak of (137)Cs. The discrimination of the photopeak from the superimposed non-photopeak radiations, such as Compton effect, background, scattering, backscattering, etc., was achieved adequately.
