摘要
The voltage and reactive power control management are the challenging issues of power distribution systems. Since last few years, the installation of renewable or non renewable energy resources (such as wind turbines generator, biomass, solar photovoltaic, fuel cells . . .) in power distribution systems is important. Therefore, increasing of Distributed Generation (DG) integration in power distribution systems increases the previous challenge issues. The reactive power management is a crucial factor for minimizing the losses and generation costs of the power distribution system. Managing reactive power lead to the control of the voltage overall the power system and enhance its secure operation. This paper firstly investigates the principal characteristics of this optimization method based on Decoupled Mixed Integer algorithm using fmincon technique of Matlab software optimization Toolbox. Secondly, the maximization of efficient reactive power supply is studied by minimizing power losses and production costs. The efficiency of the proposed method is examined by simulations of the IEEE test systems using Matlab software. The results prove the effectiveness of the proposed method in reaching optimal solutions for various conditions.
