摘要：

This study seeks to clarify the emotions of elderly individuals who participated in an online community activity with university students, and how they feel about these interactions. A survey was conducted on 11 elderly locals after five such sessions. The results show that the elderly individuals enjoyed the sessions and derived a sense of satisfaction from the same. It is also clear that they developed a sense of familiarity with the students and felt that they had successfully interacted with, and connected with, the students. This suggests the potential usefulness of ICT for elderly individuals.
