摘要：
This paper finds a lower bound to the criterion SS, that picks the designs with good lower-dimensional projections among many UE(s(2))-optimal designs. In situations where existing designs do not satisfy the lower bound, a few alternate constructions are provided. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
