For teaching and training alternation pattern, at present, the shortcomings of the training equipment are analyzed in the paper. The author shows the characteristics of the training equipment based on the teaching and training alternation pattern. Furthermore, It is discussed how to research and fabrication the training equipments that are suitable for teaching and training alternation pattern.
