摘要
With the development of network economy, a new business operation model, two-sided markets model arises at the historic moment. Two-sided markets model has the characteristics of cross network externalities, complementarities and mutual dependence, the price structure of neutral and group participation, etc. As the single-sided enterprise without two-sided markets business, must pay attention to enterprise crisis, set up two-sided markets consciousness, understand both sides customers' desire and ability, plan to build platform, gradually establish a two-sided markets, form powerful ecological system, promote enterprise transformation.
