摘要
Construction Industry becomes one of the most profit-making industries in our country. It is important to study the relationship between human capital and economic growth of construction industry. Co-integrating test and Granger causality test are used in this paper to reveal the relationships between human capital and economic growth of construction industry. A co-integrating relationship is found between human capital and economic growth of construction industry. The results of Granger causality test indicate that economic growth of construction industry will cause human capital to increase in a short run, and in the long run human capital will cause economic growth of construction industry to increase.
