The technological progress has developed using computers because they offer the fastest and most efficient access to knowledge. For many graduates of a superior education facility the world they train in for their work and the world of the computers remain separated. The paper presents the objectives, the methods and the results obtained from a continuous education program in the field of applied programming. The program lasts two years and aims to offer the support necessary for adopting the computer as the main work tool. In order to do this the knowledge that is transmitted refers to installing operating systems and configuring the computer, using it for communications and design and exploiting the databases or of sites and web applications.
