Research on the problems of project management of the oil-gas construction engineering in China

Because of the increasingly fierce competition in the world petroleum market and the oil-gas construction engineering, the international standard project management set a good example for the project management of oil-gas construction engineering in China. There are many problems in our country's oil-gas construction engineering, such as the lack of standardized project management procedure, the lack of high-level personnel, the lack of scientific performance assessments and appraisal systems, the backward of informatization construction. Combine, with the characteristics of our country's oil-gas construction engineering, this paper proposes corresponding countermeasure which aim to reduce the cost of oil-gas projects, to protect the quality of construction, to enhance the international competitiveness of oil -gas field enterprises in China.
