摘要
Management of human resources in Public Administration can be considered a complex and long-term category. Constant updates regarding the knowledge, pro-innovative activity, improving already possessed skills, organisational culture orientation, raising professional qualifications, solving complex professional problems is part of the functioning of high-quality staff in a public organization. However, the role of management is to cooperate with subordinates in the field of strategic planning, internal communication, management of change, quality control, safety organisation and management and overlooking and controlling business tasks. The aim of the article is to separate out the factors affecting the management of human resources in public administration, namely: determining the importance of organizational culture for effective human resource management, characteristics of the cooperation process as an element supporting personnel management, indication of innovative activities in the context of employee management in public administration and discussion of the results of pilot studies in this area.
