摘要
The article develops the structural-sectoral model of export which could ground the priority ranking of the non-resource sector of the economy. The inefficiency of stimulating the export of resources is explained as compared to the non-resource export. The conditions for growth of the competitive export with a high value added are determined, and its stimulating influence upon the economic growth is proven.
