摘要
Globalization process featuring the current economic and political interconnection of current economies represents a universal trend for transportation companies that strive to meet the top-leading company standards. Change is an inevitable part of the global entrepreneurial environment. The accelerating cycle of external and also internal company changes in the current global entrepreneurial environment imposes extraordinary demands on a transport company as well as on its management strategy sector. In practice, it is typical that companies are commonly considered as organizational units established to maintain their stability rather than to promote changes. This business management concept is not eligible for current dynamic conditions and the global economy transformation of the 21st century. Traditional company management strategies that are unable to respond to the new dynamically changing conditions in a flexible way must be replaced by new modern strategies for the company process management which ensure prosperity of transport companies in the global entrepreneurial environment.
