摘要：
In a key new-build program, Scaled Composites and Scaled Technology Works use modular all-composite airframe configurations to create an affordable alternative for high altitude and long duration/operation (HALO) flight missions. Equipped with Angel Technologies' communications payload, the HALO-Proteus aircraft will carry the hub of a 75-mile diameter, wireless broadband HALO network.
