摘要
The social gender theory has proved sex differences in many human behaviors, the sex differences probably also exist in the cooperative behavior which is one important kind of human behavior. If there are not sex differences in cooperative behavior, male and female groups are expected to behave similarly. This study aims to explore if sex differences exist in public goods games. We designed several experiments to achieve the research objective. The results showed that there were significant sex differences in the cooperative behavior. In addition, the perception on gender is also found to significantly affect the subjects' behavior in cooperation. It is better for us to formulate human resource plans, knowing the differences between female and male groups.
