摘要：

The article from the perspective of sustainable development, given a point of using eco-efficiency to measure resources efficiency, energy efficiency and pollution emissions in construction process of urban housing. In the calculation method, uses Super-Efficiency data envelopment analysis to reduce subjective weight which impact on the evaluation results, while given the corresponding evaluation index system.
