This work aims to study the key principles of Lean Manufacturing and our goal through this study is to achieve change within companies. The literature has shown that leadership and management are among the critical aspects critical to successful Lean deployment. Knowledge of the principles of leadership and management is a fundamental step to ensure the commitment of management, the participation of all employees and to lead to change.
