摘要
This paper first analyzes the reasons of enterprise human resource management risk. Next, expound the analysis flow of enterprise human resource management risk. Finally, carry on case study. This paper selects human resource management status of a power generation enterprise for research object, analyses its human resource management risk factors, uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate human resource management risk, carry on analysis on evaluation results, and puts forward policy proposals to prevent and evade the enterprise human resource risk.
