摘要：
This work gives hints of cloud-cover prediction in the area of Athens. It is found that cloud amounts higher than 5 octals are found in the cold period of the year (November to March), while in the months of July, August and September, the average cloud cover remains below 3 octals. A statistically significant tendency for increased cloudiness is observed in the summer months. The cloud cover in various pairs of months shows to be well correlated providing prediction capabilities.
