摘要
It is very subjective to define employee job satisfaction because it depends on individual perception and expectation. This research paper aimed to look at the association between employee compensation and benefits, employment relationship, and working condition towards employee job satisfaction. This study involved 89 non-executive level employees at a financial institution in Malaysia. The data was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted in order to test the hypotheses of this study and to determine the association between the tested variables. The findings would aid both employer and trade union body to further understand which factors influenced the most to the job satisfaction among non-executive employees.
