摘要
The microstructure, magnetic, and electrical properties of as-sputtered annealed nanostructured Fe50Ni50 films have been studied. The magnetic and electrical properties were used to assess the degree of magnetic ordering. Long-time low-temperature anneals cause both phase separation and ordering in this alloy. However, a fully L1(o)-ordered structure could not be obtained even after annealing at 280 degrees C for 1 week.
