Research on co-differential evolution algorithms for solving bi-level programming model

摘要
A new method called co-differential evolution algorithms is provided for solving the difficult problem of bi-level programming model in the paper. This algorithm induces the co-dynamical ideal of population competition into differential evolution algorithms, which not only improves population diversity but also enhances the solving speed and steadiness. The superiority of the algorithm is tested through cases and the simulated result shows that it is feasible and effective fully for the co-differential evolution algorithms to solve bi-level programming model.
