摘要：

Vendor selection is a key decision problem in the agile supply chain. How to select the proper vendors has a great effect on the performance of supply chain. In this paper, requirements to the vendor selection in the agile supply chain management system are analyzed. Also selection criteria and their description are introduced, the selection method based on the strategic level and the operational level is presented. Finally, the total scheme of the vendor selection in the agile supply chain is summarized.
