摘要
With the development and popularization of Electric Vehicle, the Electric vehicle charging systems are more and more important. This paper proposed the novel Z-Source rectifier-inverter for electric charging station. The Serial-Z-Network makes the shoot-through zero state possible, which regulates the output DC voltage. This paper includes the topology analysis, the control strategy and the PWM control methods of the novel Z-Source rectifier-inverter. The novel Z-Source rectifier-inverter, features lower dc voltage on Z-network capacitor. A 10kW prototype is designed and developed. Simulation and experimental results show that the output DC voltage can be reduced in the rectifier mode and the Z-Source capacitor voltage stress is very low. Meanwhile the Novel Z-Source rectifier-inverter can achieve the unity power factor and bi-directional energy transmission.
