摘要：
Since the government has put forward the idea of new socialist countryside construction, sustainable development in rural area has increasingly become major concern of the society. The effective solution is to develop the ecological industry, which must be built on the base of current resource endowment structure. Therefore, it is a feasible option to develop labor-intensive industries or industries which are in the scope, whereas the town and township enterprises play an important role in the development process, and the unification of these two parts is a certain choice to realize sustainable development in rural area.
