摘要：
The paper presents a systematic methodology to find out the causes & effects of the variability which affect the rural poverty in India. The multiple regression analysis & bivariate correlation an analysis find out that electricity, Literacy, Total factor productivity Index and Irrigation are the main factors which are responsible for reducing the poverty in rural India.
