Research on the Construction and Application of English Film Teaching Resource Library in Provincial Universities

The love of English movies has always been a strong motivation for college English students to learn English, which can stimulate the strong interest in English learning. But in college English teaching, many teachers can not make full use of such high quality teaching resources to promote students' listening, speaking and writing comprehensive ability. Based on the theory of blending learning, this paper explores the film resource library that teachers and students can build together with the college English teaching materials, and illustrates the methods and procedures of the construction.
