摘要：

Frustration does happen to everybody, including university students. They are still growing up both physically and psychologically and thus don't have an all-round understanding of frustration and a correct coping strategy. After analyzing Adversity Quotient (AQ hereafter) using software, this paper will explore the index of AQ of university students. Through strengthening frustration education, the paper also maintains that Frustration Education (FE hereafter) should be applied into the concrete teaching of Physical Education (PE hereafter) so as to teach university students how to deal with frustration during frustration and improve their AQ. The application of FE plays an important role in higher school PE.
