Dose the Loan of Rural Mutual Funds in Poor Village Can be Effective Allocation and Used-Based on the Empirical Analysis on TCC5 Project in Ye County in China

This paper study if the loans of the rural mutual funds in poor villages can be effective allocation and used for the target groups which are the poor households and the way of using through the Angle of impact on the obtain of the loans in the TCC5 project in Ye county. In the study, we use the probit model to analysis whether the way of using which are the productive use and the unproductive use impact the farmers loans obtain; and we also use the tobit model to analysis the impact of the amount of the loans obtain. The result shows that the way of use has no significant impact on the getting of the loans and the amount if the loans obtain. While, whether the poor households effect the getting of the loans is also negative.
