Research on large-scale vibrating screen dynamic parameters based on test modal analysis technology

摘要
By use of test modal analysis technique, the vibrating testin of la e-scale vibrating screen is conducted with the method of single point excitation- multiple point response. In order to guarantee validity of modal parameters in vibrating test, two kinds of excitation methods are adopted, that is hammer excitation and shaker random excitation. The modal parameters estimation results of natural frequency, damping ratio and modal shape are obtained. Modal parameters estimation of two kinds of excitation methods is identical, which proved the modal parameters are reliable. On the basis of modal parameters estimation, every modal shape is analyzed in detail. At last, dynamic response formula in different frequency sine excitation is supplied with modal shape superposing method Analysis result is helpful for dynamic design and dynamic modification of large-scale vibrating screen.
