摘要：

Smart power grid has the characteristics of high volume data, large scale distribution, etc. The physical layer, communication protocol, newly designed IP protocol and information security has been discussed. The basic requirements of information system infrastructure for smart power grid have been described. Based on the description of high volume data storing, data management and search, data analysis and process, the requirement of information system for information flow under smart power grid information system have been specified. The research direction for the two topics mentioned above has been given.
