摘要
On the background of inclusive education physical education for persons with visual impairment becomes one of the hot topics How to design the curriculum and organize the class for the visual impairment is a critical point for the success of inclusive education This paper analyzes the characteristics of persons with visual impairment from the prospect of cognize, physical, psychological and kinetics pointing out that congenital visual impairment can result in mental retardation their negative lifestyle can restrict their physical activities and the development of their muscle strength and balance Teachers should take the strategy of manual demonstration and verbal description on the base of lacking visual cue and depending on hearing tactile, and kinesthetic Teachers should pay more attention to the security of the teaching environment, and adjust the physical activities to meet the special needs of the visual impairment and ultimately to promote the participation of APA and social inclusion
