摘要
(Abstracted from Am J Perinatol 2022;39:232-237) General endotracheal anesthesia (GETA) is performed in approximately 6% of cesarean deliveries (CDs). It is less frequently performed than neuraxial anesthesia because of the risk of neonatal complications such as the need for intubation or supplemental oxygen and lower 5-minute Apgar scores.
