摘要
As various distributed systems and sophisticated applications continue to develop, becoming larger, so the volume of network traffic is explosively increased and network traffic engineering is required to use network resource efficiently in backbone network often involving hundreds or even thousands of interconnected nodes. For network traffic engineering, above all traffic measurement and analysis are essential. In this paper, various traffic measurement approaches are presented and a real-time traffic measurement and analysis system to collect and to analyze network traffic from source to destination as a flow is described. This system has a web-based and graphic user interface and provides various information.
