摘要
Based on people's basic understanding of project risks, the paper firstly summarize the risks which affecting the entire project logistics by systematic analysis method, then establish a risk assessment model for project logistics, which can synthetically analyze the impact caused by project logistics risks and estimate the different kinds of risks occurrence probability. The paper aims at finding the project critical risks, determining the project logistics risk overall level to provide a scientific evidence for how to dispose of the risks and ensure the project logistics is carried out smoothly.
